The ocean view from the room was amazing and the beach access was super convenient. The pool could use more cleaning. It's also a bit noisy from the street at night.

The location is perfect, just across the street from the beach with great ocean views. Rooms are outdated and need cleaning improvements. Friendly staff, but the elevator is very slow. Didn't enjoy the limited breakfast offerings.

The beach access is just a short stroll away! The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for soaking up the sun. Plus, I loved the giant windows in my room that offered breathtaking ocean views!

The location was phenomenal, right across from the beach. The room had a decent size with a small balcony suitable for two. the decor felt dated and needed maintenance. The toilet alignment was off, and there was a persistent musty smell. Temperature control was inconsistent; the air conditioning was quite noisy. I noticed toothpaste splatters on the bathroom wall, which was unappealing. While the beds were reasonably comfortable, the overall cleanliness left something to be desired, as I spotted a bug, prompting concern. Staff was friendly but overwhelmed. More staffing and updates would significantly enhance the experience.

Location was fantastic, just steps from the beach. The pool area was a nice touch, but the atmosphere felt neglected. Check-in was frustrating; the manager was dismissive, treating me like an inconvenience. The room left much to be desired—outdated, with maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns. Breakfast options were basic at best and not very appetizing. Elevators were slow and seemed to have a lingering musty odor. Despite the friendly desk staff, the overall experience felt like it was just scraping by. It's a shame; this place has potential but needs serious attention to really shine.

This hotel offers stunning views of the Gulf, and you’re just across the street from the beach, with fantastic dining options like Frenchy’s South Beach Cafe and CK's Eats n Drinks within a few steps, while attractions such as Pier 60 Park and Clearwater Marine Aquarium are all within a comfortable walking distance of about 2 kilometers; great for strolling around to explore! The hotel features a nice pool for relaxation after a day of adventuring, but some areas could use more attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

Upon checking into Beachview Inn, I was disappointed with the lack of ironing facilities available in the room. It was quite inconvenient as I had some wrinkled clothes that I needed to straighten out. The air conditioning also seemed to be struggling to keep the room cool, especially during the hotter parts of the day. The sitting area in the room was comfortable enough, but the dining table looked a bit worn out and could definitely use some updating. I did appreciate having a patio to relax on and enjoy the beach view, but I wish there were more seating options available. Unfortunately, when it came to amenities, I was surprised to find out that there were no rollaway or extra beds available, which made sleeping arrangements a bit cramped for my group. the room did come stocked with free toiletries, which was a nice touch. The cookware and kitchen utensils provided were functional, although a bit outdated. I found myself wishing for more modern equipment to use during my stay. The lack of an AM/FM alarm clock in the room was a bit inconvenient for waking up on time, and the flat-screen TV didn't work correctly, which was a letdown. The parquet floor in the room seemed in need of a good cleaning, and housekeeping could have been more thorough in their daily cleaning routine. the laundry facilities were not as convenient to access as I had hoped.

We hit up the dope aquarium and checked out Pier 60, where we did some sick fishing. The hotel is wicked close to the beach, so we chilled hard there. The concierge hooked us up with the sickest group activities, making our vacay unforgettable.

Great location on the Boardwalk, balcony with perfect beach view, well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed, and pillows.
